Have You Been Diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma After Using RoundUp?

Have You Been Diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma After Using RoundUp?

The herbicide, RoundUp, has been linked as a cause of cancer including Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In a study done by the journal Entropy, researchers found that “[Glyphosate’s] negative impact on the body is insidious and manifests slowly over time as inflammation damages cellular systems throughout the body.” If you’ve been exposed to RoundUp, and have since been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s you could have a civil action lawsuit.

What is RoundUp?

RoundUp, a product produced by Monsanto, is an herbicide that contains glyphosate. Once you spray the herbicide, its main ingredient, glyphosate, works through the plant and eventually killing the weed or any unwanted plants you may have. Once sprayed, it takes about 30 minutes for it to dry and it is considered “safe” once it is fully dried.

Symptoms You May Experience

Research has shown that glyphosate directly affects DNA and inhibits cytochrome P450 enzymes, damaging the cellular structure of the body. There are numerous symptoms of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma that you may experience. Symptoms include swollen lymph nodes, abdominal pain or swelling, fever, night sweats, chest pain and unexplained weight loss. Keep in mind, RoundUp is not only used in the privacy of your own home, it is used in public gardens, parks, lawns and anywhere where landscape is present.

When May You Have a Case?

If you have experienced any of the above symptoms or have been recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and have been exposed to RoundUp, you may have a case. When exposed to RoundUp, the chemical glyphosate can change the genetic material of cells resulting in the endless cells reproducing without dying. This can then become the cause of symptoms of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
