This Thursday, November 16, 2017, the firm will volunteer at the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama as part of the IB Day of Action.  As part of our service, we will receive training in food safety, and then, we will help inspect and sort food supplies and pack meal boxes for those in need.  We are looking forward to joining our fellow Injuryboard members across the country in an effort to help fight hunger.

The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama is Central Alabama’s largest hunger relief organization, distributing to its network of 235 hunger relief charities in 12 central Alabama counties. The Community Food Bank provides 10 million nutritious meals to food pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers, and other agencies, feeding 645,000 people each year. Fresh produce, meat and nonperishables are distributed from the warehouse at 107 Walter Davis Drive, a 55,000 square foot distribution center. Additional community services range from nutrition education to assistance with food stamp applications.

The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama, founded in 1982, is a certified member of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network, and a proud agency of United Way of Central Alabama. Find us on Facebook or follow our news on Twitter.

The Injury Board was founded in 2001 by a handful of attorneys determined to help anyone needing legal assistance because of a personal injury or other civil litigation matter. Our primary goal is to help those seeking legal counsel identify trial attorneys of the highest professional and personal standards.

As attorney advertising continues to increase — especially on the internet — we believe that clients need a better way to choose an attorney, as the biggest and loudest advertisers are not always the best choice.

We recruit our member attorneys based on their proven commitment to the four key areas we believe define the best of our profession — Relationships, Leadership, Community and Results.

Relationships — Our attorneys are focused on relationships — with clients (before, during and after the case), with other legal professionals, with the court and with their community — because their ability to connect with others helps them secure the best possible outcome for you.

Leadership — Our attorneys are proven leaders, with many having held or currently holding elected positions in local, state and national trial lawyer associations.

Community — Our attorneys are committed to their communities, with each firm pledging to donate a portion of their time, talent and financial resources to local causes, charities and other non-profit organizations.

Results — Our attorneys are driven by results and have proven their ability to deliver positive outcomes for their clients, securing billions in verdicts and negotiated settlements.

A decade ago, The Injury Board began as a handful of firms committed to offering clients a clear choice in plaintiffs law. Today, The Injury Board has more than 150 member firms serving thousands of families throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
